1. What is the difference between the MINCON Group and other traditional consulting companies?

 

 The purpose of the traditional consulting companies is to provide staff augmentation under their master contract. The MINCON Group consultants can work directly with clients, or can be engaged through an existing client relationship from a traditional or management consulting firm.

 Coaching and mentoring are very similar.  A coach usually directs, instructs and provides a more hands on approach to working with an individual or team.  A mentor usually refers to a one on one relationship.  A coach teaches fundamentals.  A mentor is more of a counselor or guide.
