You will probably be over budget, behind schedule, or lack qualified resources. When a person understands their IT organization structure, processes and capacity their opportunity for project success is drastically improved. The key to a successful project or program implementation begins by preparing for your success. As Clint Eastwood once said in one of his movies "everyman must know his limitations". Presentation About the Speaker: Karl Wondrak started his career in project and eventually program management while working for Hewlett Packard (HP) in the late 1980's. He became one of the first HP project or program managers to implement or turnaround multi-million dollar engagements for fortune 1000 companies throughout the US. His experience led him to train over 500 project and program managers on HP's Customer Project Lifecycle. During his ten year career at GMAC Residential Funding, he held eighteen different positions from Director of Information Technology to President of a Business Division in Canada. He has worked in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Mexico and South America. Karl openly credits his background in project and program management as the backbone of his career success in multiple disciplines. He is currently the President and Managing Partner of The MINCON Group. |
