Suzanne C. Collier's Profile 

Suzanne C. Collier is a Cross Cultural Consultant with fourteen years of experience in international corporate development, cross cultural training and human capital development.  She has lived in France, Scotland and Canada.  Her international travel has given her first hand experience in twenty-four different countries around the globe. As a Cross Cultural Consultant, she has delivered more than one hundred successful group and expatriate global awareness programs. Based in Minnesota, Suzanne has delivered training programs in Singapore, the Philippines, Australia, Switzerland, Mexico, England, Canada, and the U.S.   Her training programs have assisted both corporate executives and staff to work more culturally competent within the diversity and complexity of the global environment.

 Her career in the global market place includes international marketing for the Canadian Consulate in Minneapolis.  Suzanne promoted Canadian product lines in a five state region of the Midwest.  She actively worked with Canadian trade officers, manufacturers, organized and participated in regional trade shows. 

 As a Cross Cultural Consultant, she has worked with many fortune 500 companies to provide training for executives, managers, customer service personnel and new expatriate hires.  The training included effective verbal and non-verbal communication, international dimensions of organizational behavior, cross cultural leadership and team building strategies. Her training programs are customized for individual clients and designed to provide them with the expertise to perform successfully in the international marketplace. 

 Suzanne is also the owner of Collier Wellness Center and Bikram Yoga College of India in Chanhassen.  She is a certified Bikram Yoga instructor, has traveled to India with Bikram Choudhury, and has taught classes at many studios in the United States and Canada.  She has a degree in French and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and an International MBA from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
